Everywhere we go and every where we tread we are being watched. Not just by CCTV and by our security services but also we are being watched by spies. These people do not dress or act like James Bond and make time to get in bed with women. No! not that glamorous stuff. These are ordinary people who are picked and trained to merge with the local populace and then merge into the background. Can we detect them the answer is no. And can the state detect them and the simple truth is no! It is a very worrying time to keep state secrets.

From the government offices to the state intelligence service everyone is on high alert. A spy is a ordinary person and that person may even be your friend. They have a job to do and that is to gather information and to get the facts on state secrets. They may even know your friend who is in the armed forces. You may have invited them to a drinks party and have become very good friends with you. These are spies who go around and then pass on the information they have gathered to another spy who works at one of the embassies around the world.

These are people who will stop at nothing who have no special gadgets and is trained to gather that information and have contacts in the foreign embassy to pass the information to. Do you know anyone with these types of contacts ? have you recently made friends with a foreign accent ? Do you think he is gathering information and passing it on ? Then he could be a spy. And he is your friend. Then don’t be brave and inform the local police or even better inform the government. Don’t get caught out!
