Well we are back. The computer being that of mechanical origin in this case did not want to work. Firstly the welcome screen got stuck and then the cable supplying power to our computer became faulty and therefore for three weeks there was no blog posts. Your quite likely to say you would need a new computer. But you are wrong. All you need is a computer engineer who will sort your computer in no time. It might be a simple fix for some but if you do not know what you are doing then it becomes a complete nightmare as we found out.
A machine that is so important in the production of blog is then a machine that you become so dependent upon. And not only has the computer become that important it also important for ecommerce and now for paying bills and other uses. And the pandemic that the world is going through at the moment means that the computer has become king. And there is no getting away from the fact that we as humans have now become so dependent on it. And now even though people might not have a laptop they might own a tablet computer or a smart phone.
Surely Not The Mower
On these days of very unusual weather there is now something that is getting more and more common. Usually when I was a small boy there was a time that in November the lawn mower would be put away as the frosts and snow came. Now I am sitting here in my T-shirt. So what has gone wrong ? well the Jet stream is at a very different angle than many years ago. The jet stream brought in much colder weather from the arctic and in the summer it went far north and brought in the hot weather. Now the jet stream has shifted and brings in moist weather from the west indies.
This now gives warm weather during our winters which are now much milder than what they used to be. But the Jet stream just sits there in the summer again bringing with it much milder and much wetter conditions. This is something we do not expect. The global weather patterns have shifted and now mowing the grass can take place at anytime of the year. But also this leaves other parts of the globe either much drier to the south or much more colder to the north. So everything in the world has changed. And the reason ? Global warming is the reason for the change.
