Land is now in very short supply and building houses is still needed. The property boom of houses for sale and we all still need somewhere to live. Affordably! However there is now a person who sees an opportunity to speculate seek out if there is a way of improving the viability of constructing houses on that site. The speculative property developer. Their job is to go out and talk to land owners to turn their empty land into something that nets them a profit. And there is no will in any way that you can stop them. Because they have the land owner on their side.

They make their money because when the development is finished and the housing is complete they then charge their fee. A nice little earner. They might even help smaller communities develop land which the community has a windfall. And again the speculative property developer nets a nice little profit. A fee that will make them nice and comfortable. Its happening all over the world because of the demand’s of a growing population which needs houses to live in. But there will be a time when someone will I think cotton on to what is going on and reject the persons interests.

Brexit Failure!

The time is coming when the UK will formerly leave the EU and become a independent trading nation. But the UK will suffer. The ending of trading relations with the EU means that the border crossing point will become less busy with lorries plying their trade. But what it does means that there will be hundreds if not thousands of lorries stacking up behind waiting to cross with perishable goods on board going out of date. The consequence’s of such a decision is understandable disaster. Because the shop shelves in the UK will empty with no sight of resupply.

Everything stuck at the port with no way of getting their cargos to the shop before time runs out on their products. British stands on its own. Oh yeah! but starving non the less because everything is in short supply. Food hungry people lining the streets protesting about how the government cheated people out of their safety. The losers are not the the people but the government who will hear from the voter when elections appear. The backlash will be incredible. And yet the UK government has four years of this silly idea that everything will be “all right in the end”. Well it won’t be.
