RedFox Blog: Health In Lockdown.

Locked gates and gyms and leisure centres are the norm in the UK at the moment. But soon they will be able to open. But at what cost to peoples health. Those that attended classes will only have the internet classes to attend. But! these are not motivational. The getting up and then going off to the gym for the class gives structure to the day. Even though the internet is the only place that can provide these classes at the moment once the doors are reopened will the people return ? It is the only way of motivating people to keep healthy and to keep them in trim.

Motivation goes down hill when there is no to keep that person some discipline to keep them coming. No discipline no motivation to keep healthy. I have found this out as I have relaxed with my own health routine. There is no one at the moment that is keeping inline and therefore the routine has gone out of the window. Nothing really to keep me inline. It is soul destroying when this happens and so I am really looking forward to going back to the gym. It seems odd that we see this as fun. But in a way it gives us structure and gives us something to look forward too. Even though exercise is brutal.

Continuing Tensions 13/2/21

Even though Biden is now the president of the united states there is continuing tensions between America and China. The dispute is over Taiwan. I have blogged about this before. But the Biden administration is still having to deal with a far more aggressive China. One that might cause conflict. But conflict is not both countries want. And nor does the world. Because though China’s acts are very provocative America cannot ignore what China is doing. Doing this means that China if it goes too far will come into conflict with Americas foreign policy.

Congress passed an act stating that it will help Taiwan if China caused any aggression to the country. And if it became clear that Taiwan’s independence was under threat or even the country was invaded. Then America will be law have to intervene in any type of aggression. The act passed in law in 1979 was intentionally sitting on a fence line. But would American Military forces be sent to recapture an Island like Taiwan ? It would be a situation that would cause loss of life on both sides. And both countries may never win the conflict out right.
