RedFox Blog: Careful Now!

Some of my relatives have started to book holidays in advance. It Appears that they have booked at least three. But it is I think an unwise decision. If lockdown eases to the point that holidays can be taken then its all well and good. But! surely its best to stay in the UK because other parts of the world may not have a vaccination plan like the UK’s. I would have my doubts that many countries would have got to the point where the UK is with Coronavirus. Many people may even have got so far as booking a foreign holiday. But what would happen if that country was put on the red do not travel list while you were away.
The travel arrangements can only be done for the UK. If you were to venture outside this country then things may be very different. The UK has its outbreak under control. Some countries are still battling the virus. And some are very much in the first stages of their second lockdown. There is no where to escape. If you are adventurous type then going abroad will be very risky to say the least! And some have appeared on the red list for the first time. I strongly suggest that if you want to go on holiday then the best idea is to stay in the UK this year and then the next go abroad.
Business Anyone ? 29/3/21
The land of the business friendly economy is the wish list of the UK’s government. It hope that the country will become a low tax business friendly country. But the workers rights will be watered down and if you don’t measure up then you will be simply be left behind. Conservative’s have wanted this since the creation of their party. The wealthy being able to be rich with the wealth the the idea pulls in. The philosophe though means the workforce would have to be cheap to employ. It is hard to believe that a whole country could face this type of experiment.
This is what Brexit was. It was to build an economy built to help business people to gain more than they lose. However the rollout has not gone as a Conservative would have liked. The EU the UK’s biggest market has closed its doors. You can only trade there if you belong to the single market. And seeing the UK left it. It will now suffer. Many observers think we have done the right thing because of the vaccine rollout. But! business is now suffering and exports to our biggest market is way down. And other countries are not buying British goods. So! where was the sanity in leaving the EU ?
