Writing this you may be wondering if such things can happen. Well exploring the bottom of our oceans have seen as much technical advances as much as space exploration. We consider Submarine technology as a standard but this is not the case. We see the military expanding but in civilian use the submarine is very slowly developing. Because of funding submersible’s are not being studied and improved upon. But scientists are beginning to apply for grants to improve things. The first technology breakthrough is the robotic submarine.
In trials this improved with time. This saves the humans from having issues with the sub if it got into difficulties. And when the robot sub goes down it can locate and show what is down on the ocean floor without the danger of sending humans down. However humans still have to go down in the depths to recover or even takes photos of the object the is found. But subs to take them there have also improved. Because of the military know how the sub is now a very safe environment to be. Diving down in the depths in an old vintage sub is now no longer happening.

The Coronavirus crisis is actually nearing its end. However when I last blogged about how our Communities came together to help each other another lockdown was getting going. Lockdowns and period it covers for many were not the best thing that anyone wanted to experience. But Communities came together to help each other through these tough times. And like I said all of those that helped their Community should be honoured so that everyone is aware of what service they had given to their community and everyone else during this crisis.
They stood out of the crowd and put their own health at risk to help others. But will the UK government listen ? I hope they do. Because if there was another crisis ( and there might be another one) would they again step up to the plate again ? Out of their own heart they have done this and there should be some reward for doing it. Giving up your time in a moment of crisis is always a unselfish thing to do. And the reward would be very little but then some recognition of their dedication and service. Something that I find in the modern world a lack of.
