Even more problems are looming for the holiday and business travel markets. If it cannot get worse the Coronavirus pandemic proves it can! Because there are now even more lockdowns in many more countries and even in those countries that even had a early experience of national lockdown are considering another one. One person in the industry that this will kill off many travel firms. But the virus has to be controlled so how do we do that without a national lockdown ? Yes this will have a devastating effect on the travel industry. But how do you control a virus that is known to kill ?

Most people will not travel anyway because of the threat of catching this virus. And if they do then there has to be many secure ways of ensuring that travelers do not get infected. It is a tough choice. But in the name of hygiene then that choice is to stay at home. Or go on staycation. There are many ways of keeping safe and yet the Governments of many countries will not implement a safe way to travel. But of course an increase in cleaning means more time and effort has to undertaken to ensure this is done effectively. Making the travel industry secure is to ensure everything in clean and virus free. And that means more customers in the long term.

Warnings Of A Collapsing Economy.

There is nothing on the agenda for the Prime Minister of the UK except Brexit. But soon if his plans go ahead then there will be a in tray full of problems. Because the UK is going ahead and destroying the EU/UK withdrawal Agreement in the full knowledge that the UK economy will fall to piece’s in the morning of January 1st 2021. There will be upheaval when there will be tariffs imposed on all UK trade after that date. The pound would have to be devalued against the Euro and above all increase inflation. This would put food prices up in the shops.

Seeing that families now struggle there will more going without food. And wages will not even touch what is going out of the family spend. But the UK government will only blame this collapse not on the UK government but on the EU. Which we would have left by then. Then desperate families will need food parcels to survive the economic crash. Then the prices of medication will also rise. And that will mean more people going without their medication due to it being unaffordable to pay for. A very skewed economy so that everyone except the very rich will survive.
