Some videos on Youtube are now concentrating on the UK governments response to the Brexit crisis. You may think well there is no issues here in mainland Britain. But! there are in Northern Island. It is part of the UK but is still in the single market and the Customs Union with the EU. So that means that all goods going in and out of Northern Island means more paperwork. You may think so what! well that has an impact on leaving and arriving into the country. Its delaying all the lorries that enter Northern Island. And that has an economic impact.

But! this cannot change if the border with the Irish Republic remains a soft border. Meaning no customs post. If it is to ensue the security of the single market then goods going into Northern Island has to produce the correct paperwork. And Customs duty has to be paid. The economics to deliver this was as expected. Difficult! It was madness to leave the customs union and single market as we are not the only nation in the world. Like some ministers would have you think. And even them are now calling for a rethink. Too late!

Normal Working Day. 23/2/21

Joe Biden 46th President of the United States who is carrying on with his usual business of government. He is fully aware of what is going on down the road at the Capitol. But wants to stay focused on what he wants to deliver for the American People. Covid is raging throughout America and the vaccine rollout going very slow. He has a relief package for ordinary Americans who are suffering. He needs his first 100 days in office to be a success. And the impeachment is just a distraction. But it is important! But government does not stop and has to carry on.

Joe Biden is correct in what he is doing. Important things are on his agenda and the impeachment has a strong case. The President is a very busy person and of all things he does not want to be doing is sitting in front of a TV and watching it. A day at work is a very important day for any politician and joe Biden is no exception. Meeting foreign ambassadors and foreign leaders who come to see him to represent their countries interest. But he has also committee meetings with his advisors and so the day to day grind of business has to go on. Well done Joe Biden!
