RedFox Blog: Starship Has Landed.
Post 845 19/5/21
Somewhere along the long I missed out the incredible news that SN15 landed successfully. This means the understanding of how to put the data in for a successful landing every time is there to be programed in for every starship. This is now no more reasons for test flights and this is confirmed in that SpaceX will now attempt an orbit of Starship. Realism has sunk in and this has brought about a whole new world of space flight. Also other space firms are also starting to make progress. Virgin Galactic have successfully launched into space with their space vehicle.
Blue Origin have successfully launched their space vehicle 15 times and are going for a manned orbit in July some time. Technology is gathering pace at a frightening pace. And soon space itself will see new frontiers being constructed and a moon colony created. And perhaps in 2030 there will be a manned mission to Mars. But the moon launch is scheduled for 2024 which is not long now. And space vehicles themselves can guide themselves in space. A far cry when the first person was launched into space with very primitive computers on board.
Blow Me 20/5/21
Sorry about the photo but it this only thing that we have to show about the wind. Usually the hardest winds blow at the start of August in the American continent and in Europe huge wind storms blow in November, December, January and then February. But recently the winds caused storm damage in the UK. Even weather forecasters were taken by surprise and the damage caused was very bad. Winter storms in the late spring. This would never happen. So! our climate is changing. But these changes are becoming smaller events. Has mother nature got hold of the changes ?
Wind though is also something that has changed in the many years we have been changing our climate. Winds would be gentle in the summer months and then be very harsh in the winter months. Now winds can be harsh either in the summer or winter. And the gentle winds do blow in the winter which causes more cold weather. Chilling everything including plants and food crops. Its plainly obvious that we have caused mother nature to change with our polluting cars. And when this happens we are the ones that moan about the changes. We reap what we sow!
