  • Fallowfields Media Communication retains your personal data (Names, email addresses and reference number) for marketing purpose’s (Podcast recent shows, YouTube videos and Community event advertising).
  • We will not divulge any personal data to any third party.
  • You can inspect at any time your personal data that is held. (You must prove to us who you are to request this)
  • You have the right to require us to delete this information at any time.
  • You have the right to unsubscribe to any marketing material at any time.
  • Personal data that is collected will be retained indefinitely unless a request to delete this has been received.
  • No other emails will be sent other than marketing.

Financial

  • Fallowfields Media Communications is a (Online only) Advertising, promotion, and marketing business.
  • In its course of business, it will issue charges for its services and therefore retain financial dealings on its database.
  • This data will be in the form of a bank statement and receipts.
  • All financial data will be retained for one fiscal year or after an audit whichever is first.
  • All banking statements will be deleted after one fiscal year.
  • All receipts will be deleted after audit.
  • Any authorised party overseen by Fallowfields Media Communications needing access for auditing purpose’s will be able to access the financial data of the business.
  • Minimal data will be shared with the auditor.
  • After auditing financial data will be destroyed (as in clause 5 and 6 of this section.)
  • Any other data that is not a financial one will not be disclosed at any time.

Complaint’s Procedure

  • Mistakes or misunderstandings do occur and will be dealt with under this procedure.
  • If you have received marketing material and you have unsubscribed to this then email fallowfields090@gmail.com and we will promptly delete your data from our marketing list.
  • If you still receive unsolicited email from us then please notify us of this and it will be investigated.

Emails

  • All emails will be treated as confidential.
  • The Client list will also remain confidential.
  • In the unusual event that you wish you emails to become public Fallowfields Media Communication will refuse to accept this and you account will be closed.
  • You and your agents will be banned from all services that Fallowfields Media Communication provide in the case of clause 3.
  • All of the above can be updated at any time and you will be notified as to those updates via email.
  • This document will be referred to in a clause in the Broadcasting policy document of Fallowfields Media Communication.
  • You can request the Terms and Conditions document at any time.
